Go to your web browser and visit Grabie's official site.

Enter your credentials to access your account settings.

Locate the 'My Account' tab, then click on 'Subscription'. You may have to scroll down to find it.

Click on the cancel button and choose the reason for cancellation.

Confirm your cancellation by following the on-screen prompts.

Ensure you're logged in to your account.

Tap on the profile icon, typically in the bottom right corner.

Find and tap on 'Manage Subscription'.

Choose the 'Cancel' option and provide a reason if prompted.

Confirm your choice to ensure the cancellation is processed.

Using your remote, open the Grabie app.

Navigate to the login screen if not already signed in.

Using the navigation buttons on your remote, find account details.

Opt for 'Cancel Subscription' to begin the process.

Use your remote to confirm cancellation requests.
